In the Milton Keynes area TSL provides a local based geotechnical and materials testing service as well as consultancy to architects, structural engineers, builders, contractors and developers.
In addition to soil classification testing and conformance testing for construction and building control purposes, TSL offer sampling and data collection services to assess potential site contamination. This service is arranged in association with Chemtest--a division of Ground Engineering Limited, who perform the chemical analysis.
With over 5 years experience, TSL provide construction quality assurance (CQA) site supervision for landfill cell construction and associated works.
The importance of the use of 'brown-field' sites for both residential and industrial development is now a Governmental priority. TSL have been working for the last 2 years on regeneration (remediation) of the old sand quarries in and around Leighton Buzzard, Beds, providing remediation Quality Assurance site supervision and laboratory testing services.
